Who we are

I'm Anna, Head Hacks founder and Occupational Therapist, and over the last five years I've worked with clients experiencing a range of different challenges with their mental and physical health. I support people to find and do the things that will help them achieve their goals; be it looking after themselves, maintaining connections with friends and family, meeting new people, employment, developing skills and confidence, breaking unhelpful habits, and doing things they enjoy.

Research has shown us time and again that difficulties with our mental and physical health aren't just caused by how our brains and bodies work; they're also caused by the way we are living. The way we live our lives, what we do, how we spend our time and interact with others - this is also vital.

Head Hacks is not intended to replace your counselling, Psychology or medical support; rather to work alongside them as an additional tool and resource. You are the expert when it comes to understanding how you're feeling and your experiences. With the right tools you can take an active role in knowing what works for you, what doesn't, and how to manage some of the challenges you may face.
