NMC is a Newcastle and Northumberland based mountaineering/climbing club. It’s a thriving, active and diverse group with weekly meets, day meets and weekend meets throughout the year as well as many informal trips arranged by members.
Membership of the NMC is open to anyone who wants to climb. The group is unable to take absolute beginners, but if you’ve been on a basic course and can tie into a harness and can belay safely then you’re welcome to come along.
