Whether you want to learn more about using poles or how to walk for relaxation or fitness, they will help you take the right steps, whatever your fitness level.

There are different types of walking activity based on your needs, skills and preferences including:

  • Wellness WALX – Gentle walks incorporating balance work, flexibility, focused breathing, strength exercises, and maybe a bit of tai chi or relaxation too
  • Total Body WALX – A unique mix of drills, strength exercises, the use of nordic walking poles and other innovative fitness walking kit to help target the upper body too.
  • Explorer WALX – Capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of walks that suit your lifestyle (from one-hour walks in country parks to half a day in the hills)
  • Nordic WALX – Teach you how to walk with poles for propulsion and a whole body workout
