Worcester Mountaineering Club

The Worcester Mountaineering Club is a collection of around 50 local mountaineers, climbers, and walkers who all share a passion for adventure and the outdoors.

WMC members regularly organise trips in the UK, Europe and beyond with the emphasis on adventure, enjoyment and a good pub. From cragging in the UK and ice climbing in Norway, to Munro bagging in Scotland and airy alpine adventures … there is definitely something for everyone.

The group meets at The Dragon Inn (51 The Tything, Worcester) on the first and third Thursday of every month.

Many of the members also attend Vertical Limit on Monday evenings and Martley Wall or Redpoint Climbing Centre on Wednesday evenings.

Cost: £24 for full-year membership for 2021
