This course aims to develop a continuity of mindful positivity from our yoga mats, to our meditation cushions and then out into the rest of our lives. 

Each week you’ll progress to explore a different foundation of mindfulness through hatha yoga and sitting meditation.  This course focuses on the cultivation of energised calm, using specific practices to unify and harmonize the body and mind. 

Suitable for people with some experience of yoga and meditation.

Cost: The suggested donation for the course is £60; however, if you’re not in a position to give that, you can make a minimum contribution of £35 or get in touch to discuss further.
